VPIsystems Announces Expansion of its Asia-Pacific Operations
New Melbourne Office Allows for Company Growth and Better Response to Customer Demand
Holmdel, New Jersey (April 25, 2007) - VPIsystems, the leading provider of network resource planning software and services for the global telecommunications industry, announced today that its Asia-Pacific (APAC) office in Melbourne, Australia, will be relocating next month. The move comes as a result of the company's year-over-year growth in both customer bookings and professional services demands.
"We've recently experienced tremendous growth in APAC, with a 50 percent up-tick in sales over the past 12 months," said Robert Skovholt, senior vice president of worldwide sales at VPIsystems. "We've out-grown our old Melbourne space, and needed an office that would give us room to expand to keep pace with the demands of our customers."
The new office space at 689 Burke Road, Camberwell, Victoria, will open on May 2, 2007. This 3,500 square foot space will accommodate VPIsystems' Melbourne employees, allowing them to better serve the growing list of APAC customers and partners, including Telstra, TOT and Huawei.
